Group Coaching or 1:1 Support?

I am so excited to officially announce that I am starting Ditch the Diet Small Group Coaching!

 

The Ditch the Diet small group coaching program is going to walk you through the process I use with my 1:1 clients to help you transform your relationship with food and your body.

 

You will go from diet mama who is constantly thinking about food and her body to a diet free mom (or future mom) who finally feels at peace with her body, enjoys all food and the most positive role model for her kids.

 

This 3-month program is going to be epic! Not only will you get weekly live learning from me, but you will also get the opportunity to be with a community of women who feel the same way as you, want you to succeed as much as I do and who are about to be your new best friends.

 

The best part is, this is SMALL group coaching so there will be a max of 6 people per group and you get a 1:1 call with me at the end!

 

So now your question may be, “How do I know if I am a better fit for group coaching or 1:1 coaching?”

 

Let me walk you through it:

 

Group coaching is ideal for…

-       The woman who enjoys group and round table learning

-       The mom or future mom who like community and to be surrounded my like-minded women

-       The woman who prefers to do homework on the outside to continue her learning and likes a faster paced environment

-       The mom or future mom who does not need as much individualized support and is comfortable asking questions, sharing input and being part of a group

 

1:1 coaching is ideal for…

-       The woman who may need more individualized attention and support

-       The mom or future mom who may be struggling with other things right now (medical conditions, history of eating disorders/disordered eating, etc)

-       The woman who enjoys more hand holding and likes to learn 1:1 (maybe you’re a bit more private, that’s okay too!)

-       The mom or future mom who wants to learn at her own pace, create individualized goals and get 1:1 support from me!

 

The truth is, there is no right or wrong answer! But better yet, together we will figure out which is the best option for you! If you apply for group coaching and, on your call, I think you may be a better fit for 1:1 then I will let you know. I am completely honest with you and want to make sure you have the best support possible!
