Hey Mama.

I’m Gabi, and I help moms find peace in their relationships with food and learn to love their bodies, so they can protect their young daughters from a lifetime of harmful dieting.

After recovering from a lifetime of harmful dieting, I earned my undergraduate and master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition from New York University. I then completed over 1,400 hours of clinical work when I was accepted to one of the most competitive internship programs at a hospital in New York City.  I am now known as the non-diet dietitian and owner of Methodd Nutrition.

The Non-Diet Dietitian

I am obsessed with protecting you and your daughter from the dangerous, pervasive, and shame-filled diet culture that disrupted my childhood. Growing up in a home that has been overrun by diet culture affects a child’s internal worth, food choices, body image, and overall self-esteem.

I started my first diet at the age of 10, was terrified of food, and battled an eating disorder throughout my teenage years.

I struggled socially with self-imposed food restrictions, became obsessed with comparing my size to the other girls around me who must have it easier, and refused to love and accept my body for the beauty that it is.

Which is why I want to protect you… and your daughter from ever feeling this way.

Mama... this is no way for you to live.

I know you’ve been:

  • Obsessively tracking all calories and points.

  • Following strict rules around good and bad foods.

  • Missing out on activities with friends or family because you’re afraid of what you’ll eat.

  • Struggling to prioritize exercise and joyful movement because you have no time for you.

  • Ashamed by how much you compare yourself to others.

  • Proud of yourself for being good during the week, but then you beat yourself up for how bad you are on the weekends.

  • Crying every time you get dressed because you hate the way your clothes feel.

The diet that you’ve been on for 20+ years has taken over your life, so it’s no wonder that your daughter has started to notice.

She saw you step on the scale and then eat less that day. She noticed you counting out your chips, which is why she asked you how many she’s allowed to have. She hears you cry as you get dressed.

Or if she hasn’t yet, she will. I know from experience, which is why I want you to NEVER go back on a diet again.

You deserve to enjoy love, laughter, and food — regardless of your body size.

You can have all of that and more if you’re ready to ask for and receive help from someone who cares deeply about your wellbeing.

I am on a mission to help you feel confident in your body at any shape and size, achieve food freedom, and help protect your daughters from a life of harmful dieting, body disapproval and disordered eating.

I’m here for you and I’m here to support you as you transform your life and your daughter’s future.

Ok. Enough with the heavy.

Let’s have some fun for a minute. Before we take this beautiful journey together, there are a few things you should know about me.

  • I absolutely love surprises. What is more special than being able to surprise someone and see REAL happiness and emotion in a split-second moment?

  • I am a romance movie junkie! Name the movie and I’ve watched it. Bonus points if it has a cry worthy ending.

  • Dark chocolate covered espresso beans hold a special place in my heart. What is more delicious than a little pick me up covered in dark chocolate?

  • I won the “nerd” award in high school, but I love it. I was voted the most studious girl and I still talk about that superlative like it was a trophy I earned because it describes my work ethic to a T.

  • I refuse to let you fail because I am so over-the-top passionate about your success and your daughter’s future.

But enough about me, let’s get back to you and the new life we’re going to create together.

Are you ready?
