Hi friend, we’re Gabi and Lexi, Registered Dietitians, coffee and chocolate lovers, and raving Grey’s Anatomy fans.

We empower women to confidently discover wellness on their terms and be free from the overwhelming noise and rules of dieting. 

We started the Wellness Revolution because we believe in creating a world without food rules. We believe you deserve more than a life of counting calories, cutting carbs, and skipping meals in order to enjoy date night. 

We want you to drink that glass of wine with McDreamy and McSteamy… and love every ounce of it. And we want you to have a safe space where you can learn how to do that… even if you aren’t 100% convinced yet that it will really work for you. 

Gabi is a registered dietitian with her masters in clinical nutrition who helps moms find peace in their relationship with food and learn to love their bodies, so they can protect their young daughters from a lifetime of harmful dieting. Take the chance on yourself because you deserve it. We all know how hard this battle is but there is no quick fix, there is no set number that will make us happy, there is no magic diet, the work that needs to be done is mental. It is how we have been conditioned by society/family whomever for so many years and it is time to let that all go. My life has become full of more joy. I used to get so stressed out about going somewhere that food was involved or wearing something that I thought may expose some parts of my body that I wasn’t comfortable with but now, I feel like I have such a healthier mindset about food that I can go anywhere and listen to my hunger cues and eat whatever it is I want. I no longer binge eat! I used to always have that on/off mentality “If I go to this party, I will eat today and then tomorrow I will start my diet again” and we all know how that cycle goes. It went on for 20+ years but for the first time in the longest time, I feel food freedom and because I feel that freedom, I don’t feel that desire to go overboard. Wearing clothes that may have shown a little too much of a chubby roll here or there would immediately go back in the closet for me but NOW, I put it on. I am more confident in myself because this is who I am. I don’t NEED to work on changing my body to fit what society thinks, I am beautiful just the way I am. I love exhibiting these feelings and new attitudes because I know it is setting the right example for my children.

+ So wait, how does this work again?

We want to make it easy for you to start your Wellness journey… so you can do it on your terms. Each quarter, we’ll pick a wellness themed book to review as a group. We’ll pick three themes from the book to focus on and host monthly conversations to help you understand and apply what you’re reading (or not reading!) in your life. We’ll also have guest experts join our private community each quarter to help you further understand the reading. We’ll have fun. We’ll read books. We’ll do wellness… on your terms.

+ Where is the Wellness Revolution Book Club hosted?

The Wellness Revolution Book Club is hosted inside a private Facebook group. We recommend having a Facebook account so you can participate in the community conversation, though it is not required. Our monthly and quarterly discussions will happen on Zoom so if you don’t have a Facebook account you can still participate.

+ Who is a good fit for the Wellness Revolution Book Club?

You are! Especially if you’re a busy woman who is really interested in discovering wellness on your terms and being free from the overwhelming noise and rules of dieting. Chances are, you’re already on a bit of a wellness journey anyways. You’re already following the IG accounts, buying the books, listening to the podcasts trying to figure out if a non-diet lifestyle is for you. But there is just so much noise. You might have even worked with an RD before, but let’s face it, it’s hard sometimes to figure out how to keep that momentum going alone. And although you’re intrigued by the food freedom lifestyle, you’re not convinced yet if it’s for you. You want to learn more, read more, be surrounded with like minded women on the same journey… without having to make a big commitment or investment in a 12-week program yet. And honestly, you want to have fun with it. If any of that sounds like you… then this Book Club was MADE for you.

+ Who is not a good fit for the Wellness Revolution Book Club?

If you’re looking for hands-on 1:1 support on your intuitive eating journey, we recommend you email us at twrbookclub@gmail.com and we can talk with you about your options. This Book Club is for women who are 18+, so if you’re under 18 this is not a fit for you. The Wellness Revolution Book Club is not for people who are strictly looking for weight loss. This is a safe, inclusive, non-judgmental community for women who are looking to revolutionize their wellness journey outside of diets, diet culture, and weight loss. If that’s not a space you can see yourself in or respect, then this is not a good fit for you.

+ Do I have to buy the books?

If you want to read them, then yes, you will have to purchase your own books. We want you to read in whichever book format is best for you and the actual cost of the books is not included in your membership.

+ Do I have to read the books?

We revolutionize wellness and book clubs here… so no, you don’t have to read any of the books. Reading the books is not required so if you don’t want to buy or read the book, then don’t! The books are meant to be a jumping off point to guide our quarterly conversations along your wellness journey… they’re definitely not mandatory.

+ Is there any long term commitment?

No!! One of the best parts about The Wellness Revolution Book Club is that there is no long-term commitment. You can literally try it out and then decide before the next book if you would like to sign up again.

+ Do you offer refunds?

No, all purchases are non refundable unless required by law.
