Testimonial from a New York Mom

Have you ever thought about reaching out for help, but nervous it won’t work for you? Are you scared you’re going to invest time and money into your health and yet you won’t be able to change? I know what it is like to fear these thing- to fear change, investment and asking for help. But, I am here to tell you it is worth it.

Better yet, I am here to share a testimonial from a client of mine to better show you how working together helped change her family dynamic around food, bring awareness to some of the diet language in the household and help change their relationship with food and body image in the home.

This former client sought out my help to help change her family’s eating habits, behaviors and language around different body sizes.

Why were you looking to join my program?

We were looking to join Methodd Nutrition in hopes to achieve a more balanced and relaxed approach to eating balance and to gain some nutritional advice as well.  We wanted a non-diet dietician that would take a holistic and positive approach to eating.

What were you looking to achieve through working together?

To become a healthier family-nutritionally and emotionally in regards to food and eating.

Did you achieve these goals?

I think the relationship we have between our bodies and the food we eat is lifelong. What Gabi did was open our eyes and uncover some of the shame we had around food. She got the conversation started and gave us the information and perspective we needed to achieve our goals.

How would you describe your experience in my program?

Goal oriented. Individualized.  Not a cookie cutter approach. Methodd nutrition took into account our personalities, circumstances, and time and adjusted the program to fit our needs. Feedback and support was consistent and extremely reliable.

I would whole-heartedly recommend Gabi to anyone looking to have a loving and healthy relationship with food and family.
